La Nnormal Kjerag est aussi bien adaptée pour taper du dénivelé que pour de la longue distance. Fabriquée et conçue pour durer, elle dispose de toutes les caractéristiques pour performer en course ou à l'entraînement.

Caractéristiques techniques :

- VIBRAM® Megagrip : pour une adhérence idéale sur tout type de terrain même sur des surfaces glissantes.

- VIBRAM® Litebase : semelle plus fine et plus légère pour une chaussure plus légère. Sans impact négatif sur la robustesse et la résistance de la semelle.

- Matryx® Jacquard : confection de la tige à partir de fils de polyamide et de Kevlar® enduits individuellement. Elle est particulièrement respirante et durable. Le processus de teinture utilisé permet de réuidre entre 50 et 95% la consommation d'eau et en plus la tige est produite en Ardèche !

- Eexpure midsole : nouvelle génération de mousse spécifiquement conçue pour les chaussures de trail. Cette semelle intercalaire est en contact direct avec le pied, ce qui garantit une excellente propulsion et beaucoup moins de glissement du pied dans votre chaussure.

Exchange Policy


You can return an item for an exchange of size or model within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange (option only available if we have other sizes in stock). The return costs are at your expense and we will take care of the shipping costs to send the new item to you.
Customised skis with added bindings can't be exchanged or refunded.


Refund Policy


You can return an item for a refund within 30 days. Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for a refund. The return costs are at your expense. After receiving your item, Worden will reimburse the total amount of your order (product(s) and shipping costs) except if you ordered several items and decided not to return all of them. Once we have received your parcel, it will be refunded to the card (or PayPal account) used to place the order within 2 to 3 days.


RETURNS PROCEDURE


If you wish to return an item:

  • Go into your account, click on “my orders” and then once on the order, you can ask for an exchange or a refund within 30 days. The return costs are at your expense.
  • Put a copy of the confirmation e-mail of exchange or refund in your parcel.
  • On your parcel, write the order number («WOR*****»).

IMPORTANT:


  • Items must be returned: clean, unworn and unused with original tags and packaging.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original boxes in a new parcel (do not send the box without protection).
  • If you return all of your order, you must return all the items you received, including goodies and gifts we may have offered to you (example : ski bags for skis).
  • Returns must use the postal services of your country.
  • You can purchase a prepaid shipping label from us for 7 euros, whatever you return to us. To do so, just type the reference 155732 on our search engine on www.worden.fr or click on this link, add it to your basket and place your order. You will receive your prepaid label by email within a few minutes (it can take up to several hours).
  • Once you have asked for an exchange or refund, you have 10 days to return the item(s).
